LIST99 DOES NOT ORGANIZE, HOST, SUPERVISE, STAFF, INSURE, OR OPERATE ANY COMMUNITY MARKET OR EVENT. List99 is not responsible for the accuracy of event information, the conduct of any Organizer, vendor, or attendee, the safety or condition of any venue, or whether an event occurs as listed.
4.2 Assumption of Risk for In-Person Participation
BY ATTENDING, PARTICIPATING IN, OR OPERATING A BOOTH AT ANY COMMUNITY MARKET OR EVENT DISCOVERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, THEFT, AND ALTERCATIONS WITH OTHER ATTENDEES OR VENDORS. LIST99 IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION.
4.3 Vendor/Booth Participant and Organizer Terms
Vendors, booth operators, and Organizers are independently responsible for their own compliance with any permit, license, insurance, health, and safety requirement imposed by law, the venue, or the event itself. List99 does not vet, approve, or guarantee the legitimacy or safety practices of any Organizer or vendor.
