This Seller Policy governs all users who list, offer, or sell items on List99 (the “Platform”). This Policy is incorporated into and governed by the List99 Terms of Service.

1. Role of Sellers

• Sellers are independent third parties.
• List99 is not a seller, distributor, dealer, consignee, or agent.
• Sellers are solely responsible for all listings, products, communications, fulfillment, taxes, and legal compliance.

2. Seller Code of Conduct

Sellers must act honestly, fairly, lawfully, and professionally at all times. Sellers must provide accurate information, comply with law, avoid deceptive or abusive conduct, and not harm marketplace integrity.

3. Accurate Listings Requirement

Sellers must ensure listings accurately describe the item, category, condition, compatibility, location, quantity, images, brand, authenticity, and any defects, limitations, or material facts. Duplicate, deceptive, or evasive listings are prohibited.

4. Item Location, Shipping, and Fulfillment

• Item location must be accurate.
• Handling times must be honored.
• Tracking must be provided where applicable.
• Items must be packaged safely and shipped to the address designated through the Platform.

5. Pricing and Transaction Integrity

Sellers may not alter price or essential terms after a transaction is initiated, except where the Platform specifically permits it. Artificial transactions, fake orders, traffic inflation, and simulated activity are prohibited.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Terms

Sellers must clearly disclose applicable return terms, windows, shipping responsibility, exclusions, and refund practices. If seller terms are unclear or inconsistent, List99 may interpret ambiguities against the seller.

7. Prohibited Seller Behavior

• No manipulation of search placement, reviews, ratings, or disputes
• No incentives for positive reviews or removal of negative feedback
• No directing buyers off-platform or circumventing payment systems
• No misuse of customer data

8. Customer Communications

Seller communications must be necessary, accurate, professional, and lawful. Unsolicited marketing, harassment, threats, and misleading communications are prohibited.

9. Customer Data Use

Buyer information may be used only as necessary to complete or support the transaction. It may not be reused for unrelated marketing, sold, shared, or retained longer than necessary, except where required by law.

10. Multiple Accounts

Sellers may not maintain multiple accounts to evade enforcement or manipulate performance. List99 may link related accounts and take action across all associated accounts.

11. AI-Generated Listings and Content

If sellers use AI tools, they remain fully responsible for all generated titles, descriptions, categories, prices, condition statements, and images. AI outputs must be reviewed and corrected before publication.

12. Performance and Monitoring

List99 may monitor fulfillment, disputes, returns, complaint rates, fraud indicators, listing practices, policy compliance, and seller history. Based on this review, List99 may adjust visibility, feature access, payment timing, or account status.

13. Payments and Funds Control

List99 may hold or delay funds, reverse transactions, offset future payouts, or require identity, tax, or business verification. Seller funds may be used to satisfy refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fees, liabilities, or losses.

14. Product Authenticity and Compliance

Sellers must only list items they are legally authorized to sell and must ensure items are authentic, lawful, safe, properly labeled, compliant, and not recalled or prohibited. Sellers assume all product liability and compliance risk.

15. Indemnification

Sellers agree to indemnify List99 from claims or losses arising from listings, products, authenticity disputes, infringement, product defects, injuries, compliance failures, taxes, or seller misconduct.

16. Enforcement

List99 may remove listings, restrict or terminate selling privileges, retain funds, refuse disbursements, require documentation, report conduct to authorities, or permanently ban sellers. All enforcement decisions are final except as otherwise required by law.

17. Violations

Violations may result in listing removal, suspension, permanent account termination, loss of funds, or legal action.

18. Modifications

List99 may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
